Vice President National Commercial Services, First American Title Insurance Company
After graduating from UCLA in 1985, Ms. Robinson began in the real estate industry as an appraiser and then mortgage broker. In 1989 she began her career in title insurance.
In her many years in the real estate industry she has gained invaluable experience assisting her fellow industry members in expediting and closing the sale and financing of real property. She is currently responsible for revenue generation for the Los Angeles National Commercial Services office of First American Title Insurance Company.
Ms. Robinson is a Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women of Los Angeles (CREW-LA) and currently serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force of CREW Network, the umbrella organization to which all 77 of the Chapters belong. She recently served as CREW Network Foundation Champion Director for two years and was named as the 66th CREW Visionary in 2018, a recognition for charitable giving to advance the careers of women in commercial real estate. She is also a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) and serves as a member of the Endowment Circle of the organization. Additionally, Ms. Robinson serves on the Real Estate Charitable Giving Committee for Providence St. Joseph Foundation in Burbank, CA.
Ms. Robinson has been featured as a panelist/moderator at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Property Section, numerous CREW-LA events, REAG panel on Women in CRE, the California Bar Association Real Property Section Retreat in Lake Tahoe and the Crocker Symposium, a legal conference joint venture between the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) and UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate.
In 2012 she was honored as one of the “Women at the Top” by the Los Angeles chapter of CREW. She was honored in 2009 as one of the 40 “Women of Influence” by Real Estate Southern California Magazine. She received “The Best Commercial Title Professional” award for the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s “Honoring Women in Commercial Real Estate”. Personally, Ms. Robinson enjoys charitable activities focused on championing the under-represented in CRE, yoga, cooking and playing live music. She is married and resides in Calabasas, California.

Danielle Duenas is a Vice President on Mesa West Capital’s originations team and is based in the Los Angeles Headquarters office. Prior to joining Mesa West in 2017, Ms. Duenas was a Vice President Relationship Manager in City National Bank’s Real Estate Division where she was responsible for originating and managing a portfolio comprised primarily of construction and bridge loans. Ms. Duenas received a bachelor's degree in both Finance and Business Administration from University of San Diego and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in Real Estate Finance. Ms. Duenas is a voting board member for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and is the head of its Diversity Committee. She is also co-head of CREFC’s LA Women’s Network and is an active member of ULI.

Garland Fuller is an extraordinary talent connector, diversity champion, and leadership business partner. She is a part of CBRE’s People team in the role of Sr. Diversity Recruiting Business Partner based out of their Los Angeles office. After spending more than a decade in talent acquisition and the last 6 years within the commercial real estate industry, Garland can spot and cultivate relationships to attract top talent inside and outside the business. She enjoys growing an employer’s brand in today’s competitive marketplace. In addition, Garland has worked extensively with local leadership, employee resource groups and diverse professional associations to ensure all interests are being met and aligned to their respective goals.
She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Florida International University and her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. She has a partner and is a mother to her 11 year old daughter. When she is not working, she enjoys salsa dancing, traveling with her family, and finding arts & culture activities in Los Angeles.
